Jonathan Wallack
Lead Counsel of National Litigation
As Lead Counsel of National Litigation, based in CP Law Group’s Phoenix office, Jonathan Wallack has over two decades of experience aggressively defending property owners, managers, brokers, and insurance carriers, in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. Jonathan began his professional legal career at a Phoenix-based insurance defense firm, before joining CP Law Group in 2016. Throughout his career, Jonathan has tried, arbitrated, and mediated hundreds of cases, achieving exceptional results for his clients. Jonathan provides his clients with an aggressive defense, while guiding them in means to reduce future risks and exposure. Jonathan earned both his undergraduate and Juris Doctorate (cum laude) degrees from the University of Arizona, graduating in 1998 and 2001, respectively. Throughout his career, Mr. Wallack has been recognized for his professional excellence and ethics. He holds an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, indicating the highest level of professional excellence as rated by his peers. Jonathan resides in Phoenix with his wife and two children. When not in the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, fishing, and other outdoor adventures. He is an avid sports fan, passionately supporting the Arizona Wildcats, and local professional sports teams. Jonathan is admitted to practice in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. He previously served on the board on directors of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and Maricopa County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
Vanessa Pouladian
Senior Associate Attorney
Vanessa Pouladian is a Senior Associate of CP Law Group. Vanessa has over a decade’s experience in complex civil litigation including catastrophic personal injury matters, wrongful death, premises liability, and real property disputes. She has wide-ranging experience representing defendants, including individuals, commercial businesses, residential property owners, and insurance companies facing complex liability and significant exposure. Vanessa guides her clients through the challenges of litigation with an aggressive, yet reasoned approach to obtain exceptional results for her clients. Vanessa earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School’s prestigious two-year accelerated SCALE program. Before joining CP Law Group in 2016, Vanessa was an entertainment attorney for a boutique law firm.
Shelby Kennick
Associate Attorney
Shelby Kennick received her Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Western State College of Law. During her time in law school, she was a Dean’s Fellow where she mentored and tutored students for bar-tested courses and was awarded Best Oralist at Western State’s Moot Court competition finals. Ms. Kennick has been practicing in Southern California since 2021 with an emphasis in representing commercial, industrial, and residential property owners. Her practice focuses on premises liability, negligent security, habitability, and personal injury. When not in the office, she enjoys running at the beach, reading by the pool, and spending time with family and friends.
Carmen Williams
Paralegal
Carmen Williams is a Paralegal of CP Law Group. Carmen has been in the legal field for over 30 years assisting the legal team in many areas. She has an AA degree in Business Management with a concentration in accounting (with Honors) from Long Beach City College. Was recognized for being on the Dean’s Great Distinction list for 3 terms. She also has an AA degree in Paralegal Studies (Magna Cum Laude). She has implemented a system to improve the work performance of the company to ensure efficiency of maintaining important deadlines. Being part of a team, she understands the importance of working as a team and being a team leader.
